We have stayed here many times and it has always been a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the amenities as well.

It was a staycation for me and my husband. The floor was quiet. The room was dark. The staff was friendly, like always!

The mattresses were so worn out, they sagged as if a multiple bowling balls had been left on the bed for years. Defiantly not up to Courtyard standards

We loved our stay! The hotel staff was so helpful and kind, and the bed was so comfortable! The hotel is easy to get to, the environment is very safe, and there are lots of restaurant and shopping choices close by. The great staff is the reason we will come back the next time we are in Jackson!

Comfortable and clean. The only complaint is that we didn’t get the king size bed we reserved, but that wasn’t too big a deal. Overall a good stay and would stay at this location again.

Was very clean.Staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the restaurant. Limited menu of food . They serve alcohol which is a plus.
